Equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise noted at point of sale. All equipment noted as "close out" is a final sale. Entrata, LLC manufactures its products with the utmost care and high quality components. If a product is defective, we will make it right as per the product warranty, if it cannot be resolved the item may be returned.
